The Amnesty International Club at Herkimer County Community College will host J’Amnesty 2016 on Wednesday, April 6 from noon – 3 p.m. in the Robert McLaughlin College Center Lobby. The program is open to the public.
Club members will help participants write letters in support of human rights. The event will include live music by Monkey and the Crowbar, refreshments and prizes.
The Amnesty International Club at Herkimer College offers the opportunity to learn about and act upon important human rights issues of the day. The club encourages diversity, tolerance and respect for individual differences on a local and global level.
