Oneida police patchJoshua F. Pittsley, 23, of Dutchridge Road, Oswego, was arrested March 23 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a petit larceny charge.

Thomas J. Mudge, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was arrested March 23 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief (a class E felony).

Logan M. Dalrymple, 26, of North Geddes Street, Syracuse, was charged March 24 on a charge of petit larceny; she is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Dollar General.

Brian L. Martin, 36, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was arrested March 25 on the following charges: second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (a class D felony), fraud and deceit reference to control substances and prohibited acts. He is alleged to have possessed an altered prescription with the amount increased to a larger quantity of a controlled substance.

Amanda E. Coonrod, 32, of Prospect Street, Oneida Castle, was issued a criminal summons March 25 on a charge of trespass.

Nicola Fanelli, 50, of Taber Road, New Hartford, was charged March 25 with petit larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Price Chopper.

Eric C. Kohlepp, 40, of Main Street, Oneida, was charged March 26 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
