Oneida police patchSteven M. Smith, 32, Broadwell Avenue, Fulton, was arrested March 30 on a charge of petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal-Mart.

Brian T. Cole, 46, Main Street, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket April 3 on a charge of possession of open container of alcohol in public.

Christopher J. Stanislas, 27, Washington Avenue, Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant April 3 for allegedly failing to comply with intermittent rules on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt.

Constance A. Digennaro-Ho, 29, West Road, Oneida, was arrested April 3 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

John A. Farnham, Jr., 33, Hawkins Corner Road, Lee Center, was arrested on an arrest warrant April 2 on a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of obstructing emergency medical services and second-degree harassment.

Jerry L. Durr, 58, Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons April 4 on a charge of second-degree menacing. He is alleged to have placed a large kitchen knife to the throat of a 24-year-old woman.

Brian J. Scott, 41, East Gove Street, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket April 4 on a charge of third-degree assault. He is alleged to have grabbed and pushed a female victim causing her to fall and strike an end table and wall causing a contusion to the face, bloody nose, head injury and neck muscle strain.

Kristina L. Bonnell, 37, Lakeport Road, Chittenango, was charged April 4 with petit larceny. She is alleged to have stole merchandise from Wal-Mart.
