Conor G. Mahoney, 17, Lakeshore Road, Canastota; and John R. Miller, IV, 16, Seneca Street, Oneida, were charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and petit larceny. The two are alleged to have on April 8 unlawfully entered a Belmont Avenue residence and stolen property.
David L. Gallagher, 23, Grand Street, Oneida, was charged April 10 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, unlicensed operation, inadequate exhaust and obstructed view.
Kristina M. Lawler, 32, West Elm Street, Oneida, was charged April 7 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She is alleged to have possessed cocaine.
Devin J. Seymour, 22, Lewis Road, Blossvale, was issued an appearance ticket April 7 on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Andrea C. Venturi, 23, Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket April 7 on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
L. Buffington, 44, Lenox Avenue, Oneida, was charged April 7 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. She is alleged to have possessed a “shirken,” a Kung Fu Star.
Robert R. Webster, Jr., 42, Oneida Street, Verona, was arrested on an arrest warrant April 8 on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Webster is alleged to have, on March 7, entered a Forest Avenue residence without permission by pushing his way into the home.
