On April 11, troopers and state police Bureau of Criminal Investigation charged Charles R. Parrott, 35, of Adams, with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, following an investigation. Parrott stands accused of having sexual contact with a victim under 14 years of age.
Parrott was known to his victim.
Parrott is scheduled to appear in the Town of Henderson Court on April 18, at 7 p.m.
