On April 8, at approximately 8 a.m., State Police responded to Discount Liquors on State Route 3 in Granby, Oswego County, for a report of a larceny that occurred the previous evening.
State Police viewed security footage showing a female suspect entering the store, concealing a bottle of cognac in a jacket, and exiting the store without rendering payment.
State Police identified the female suspect as Jennifer L. Gilbo, 33, of Middle Road, Oswego, from previous encounters.
Gilbo turned herself in at SP Fulton on April 9, 2016, and was charged with Petit Larceny, a class “A” misdemeanor. She was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail due to unrelated charges
