State Police in Lysander arrested James J. Bond, III, 32, from Syracuse, on three counts of second-degree menacing, one count of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Bond was charged after a domestic dispute at an apartment in Lysander, where he is accused of threatening several women with a knife and threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana.
Bond was arraigned in Lysander Town Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to Lysander Town Court April 20, at 7 p.m.
