This week at the library…

Looking for something new and interesting to learn and do over spring break? Children ages 5-9 years old are invited to join Spanish architect, Ana Mombiedro, at the Library from 3:30pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday, April 27th for an open workshop on architecture and drawing. Come explore your imagination by communicating with various drawing styles! Snack will be provided by the Friends of the Library.

Did you enjoy reading The Help by Kathryn Stockett, listening to the audio book, or watching the movie? Looking for an evening out for your book club? Here’s a great opportunity to read, re-read, or explore this story in another format and share your thoughts with others! Save the date for an open discussion of The Help led by our Program and Events Coordinator, Cathi Brewer, on Monday, June 6th at 7pm in the Community Room. This event is a partnership between the Hamilton Public Library and the Changing America exhibition through the National Abolition Hall of Fame & Museum. Stay tuned for more details later this spring! Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library.
