Sean P MoreeOn April 17 at approximately 12:22 a.m., State Police responded to a residence on Country Lane in the Town of Hannibal, Oswego County, for a domestic incident. Investigation at the scene revealed that Sean P. Moree, 23, of Oswego, entered the residence on Country Lane and became physical with the occupant, in violation of an order of protection.

Moree is accused of pushing his victim and punching her in the face, then damaging property in the residence. Moree was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor and second-degree harassment, a violation.

Moree was arraigned in Hannibal Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court May 3, at 7 p.m.
