Oneida police patchPaul J. Haley, II, 41, of W. Railroad St., Oneida, was charged April 13 with petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Price Chopper.

Gordon W. Skadra, 55, of Farrier Avenue, Oneida, was charged April 14 with trespass.

Paul A. Fortino, 19, of E. Walnut St., Oneida, was charged April 14 with second-degree harassment. He is alleged to have trespassed on another person’s property and struck a person causing injury. Additional charges are pending.

James C. Fuller, 32, of Emery Street, Fulton, was charged April 15 with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony; and failing to stop at a stop sign.

Ronald J. Wood, 46, of Madison St., Oneida, was charged April 16 with petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal-Mart.

Tacy A. Andrus, 58, of N. Main St., Earlville, was charged April 17 with petit larceny. She is alleged to have stole merchandise from Wal-Mart.

Autumn Cooper, 16, of Graley Ave., Oneida, was charged April 17 with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She is alleged to have taken and used another person’s vehicle without their permission.

John D. Cavallo, III, 31, of Grago Blvd., Canastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant Apri 15 on two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe turn.
