The Oswego County Probation Department Members requested the assistance from the NYSP Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and the Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) after a “one pot” methamphetamine lab was located inside the apartment.
Joshuah A. Oswald, age 27 and Tiffeny M. White, age 26, both residents of the apartment, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2ndDegree ( an “AII” felony) and Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd Degree (D felony). They were both arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail with no bail pending further court action.
