Oneida police patchElizabeth Navarro, 35, of 127 N. Warner St., Oneida, was charged April 26 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and speeding. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Kayla Marshal, 28, of 20 Sunrise Blvd. East, Rome, was arrested on an arrest warrant April 26 charging her with aggravated operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was arraigned and sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail in lieu of bail.

Daniel M. Tharp, 33, of 3060 Sheehan Rd., Camden, was arrested April 26 on an arrest warrant charging him with one count of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.

Brandon M. Crouth, 29, of 348 E. Walnut St. was arrested April 27 on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment and unreasonable noise. He was also charged with resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail on bail pending further court action.

Eric Howe, 19, of 7066 Verna Dr., Canastota, was arrested April 27 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree and unlicensed operator. He was released to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Jaquelyn D. Emmons, 20, of 3582 Doxtater Rd., Durhamville, was arrested April 27 and charged with unlawful possession of marihuana. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Jeremy J. Hart, 36, of 210C Almond St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons April 27 charging him with harassment 2nd. He is to appear in City Court at a later date.

Chad Powers, 49, 307 Washington Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons April 27 charging him with harassment 2nd. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Paul A. Fortino, 19, of 348 E. Walnut St. was arrested on an arrest warrant April 27 charging him with trespass and assault 3rd. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail on bail pending further court action.
