The New York State Police and Chief Ronald J. Petrie of the Village of Frankfort Police Department (Herkimer County) is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a mother and her two children.
On Friday, April 22, 2016, The Herkimer County Dept. of Social Services filed a petition to have custodial rights suspended. Prior to Social Services being able to secure the two children from the mother, Alicia L. Seelbach age 27, she left a residence in the Village of Frankfort with them. Since this time they have not been seen.
The missing children are Mariah M. Seelbach, age 2 and Jordan Lints II, age 1. The police would like to be able to verify the safety and welfare of the children as well as their mother Alicia Seelbach. Alicia may be in the company of Jordan Lints, age 25. There are familial ties to Herkimer County and the City of Utica, and we are asking for the public’s assistance in locating them.
