On May 2 at approximately 10 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Peter Scott Road in the Town of Schroeppel in Oswego County for a traffic violation.
Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, John F. Doyle, 40, and passenger, Tanya L. Doyle, 35, both of Pennellville, were both in violation of valid stay-away orders of protection between them.
Both were taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor.
They were arraigned in the Town of Volney Court, released on their own recognizance, and are scheduled to appear in Schroeppel Town
Court May 4 at 5:30 p.m.
