Arrested 5/2/16 on charges of; Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd degree a class D Felony, Identity Theft in the 1st degree a class D Felony, Falsify Business Records in the 1st degree a class E Felony and Possession of a Prescription Controlled Substance a misdemeanor. Sattora is alleged to have taken and forged a script for a controlled substance and pass same. Oneida City Police assisted the New York State Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement with the
arrest.
