State Police charged Sean M. Fitzgerald, 31, of Baldwinsville, with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation; after responding to an Oswego County elementary school.
May 3 at approximately noon, State Police report they responded to Minetto Elementary School for a report of an incident involving a second-grade student. Fitzgerald was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Minetto Town Court May 18 at 5:30 p.m.
