On May 5, at approximately 8:41 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in Sullivan for multiple traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Patience L. Crowder, 23, of Amsterdam, was found to be intoxicated.She was transported and processed at SP Syracuse, where her blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.21 percent. She was subsequently charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
She was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable in Sullivan Town Court May 24 at 4:30 p.m.
