Members of the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team concluded a narcotics investigation into the sale of cocaine in the Town of Albion, Oswego County. The investigation revealed large amounts of cocaine were being sold out of two residences: 124 Albion Cross Road and 291 Bull Run Road.
On May 6, New York State Police Special Operations Team along with members of the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed search warrants at the above residences.
As a result of the search warrants, three people were arrested for the following charges:
William H. Battles, 57, of 124 Albion Cross Road was arrested for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Battles was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail on $1,000 cash/$2,500 bond.
Rollins Rodriguez, 36, of 207 Hadley Road was arrested for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail on $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond.
Shandrica Edwards, 32, of 291 Bull Run Road, was arrested for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of marijuana. Edwards was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond
The investigation is continuing and more arrests are possible.
