1. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file the 2015 Oneida Water 102nd Annual Report from the Water Superintendent and monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, City Engineer, Director of Planning and Development, Fire Chief, Police Chief, and Recreation Director.

2. CITY OF ONEIDA POLICIES: Affirm various annual City policies. (Pease)

3. SURPLUS ITEMS: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for sale on e-Bay a 1994 Freightliner Fire Engine with a cracked frame and miscellaneous fire equipment that will not be transferred to the new apparatus. (Salerno)

4. CANVASS & APPROVE BIDS: Canvass and approve bids for ductile iron pipe, fittings, valves, etc., and hydrants for the Water Department. (Smolinski)

5. FARMERS MARKET: Authorize the Oneida Farmers Market LLC to hold the annual Farmer’s Market in Clinch Park on Oneida Street behind Thompson’s Appliance June 2 through October 27, 2016. (Matzke)

6. BUDGET TRANSFERS/AMENDMENTS: Approve transfers to appropriate the last portion of the Sale of the Kallet Parking Lot funds for payment of the Bond; to contribute to the downtown flowers and beautification; to increase sewer contracts for the WWTP capacity study for loading analysis; and increase the WWTP Vehicle Capital Project amount. (Pease/Matzke/Rauscher)

7. ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE PLAN: Approve the Enforcement Response Guide for the Industrial Pretreatment Program at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in accordance with §139-20 of the City Code. (Rauscher)

8. AMEND CAPITAL PROJECT 16-03: Amend Capital Project 16-03 in the amount of $3,630.33 for a total Capital Project amount of $78,630.33. (Pease/Rauscher)

9. CAPITAL PROJECT 16-05: Authorize the City Engineer to proceed with Capital Project 16-05, Annual Street Reconstruction and Resurfacing (CHIPS funding), authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for pavement resurfacing and street reconstruction, and further authorize the City Engineer to expend funds for Capital Project 16-05 in the programmed amount of $358.363.49. (Rauscher)

10. CONSULTING AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Consulting Agreement with Computel Consultants to examine the City’s municipal gross receipts tax payments. (Pease)
