On May 14, State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested 18-year-old Daniel H. Hull from Barnes Settlement Road, Alexandria Bay on one count of first-degree rape, a class B felony and one count of first-degree criminal sexual act, a class B felony.
Hull is accused of having sexual intercourse May 14 with a female by forcible compulsion. He was arraigned in Orleans Town Court in front of the Honorable David Morse and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bail bond.
