State Police charged Scott W. Cummings of 111 Bennett Ave., Syracuse, with DWI May 22. The arrest resulted from a disturbance at Capt. Thompson’s Hotel in Alexandria Bay.
Cummings was causing a disturbance at the hotel and left when confronted by management. State Police en-route to the disturbance subsequently stopped Cummings for a traffic violation. Cumming’s was found to have a BAC of .15 percent. Cummings was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Alexandria Town Court June 7.
