CRM Rental Management, Inc., a local property management company headquartered in Rome, gives back to their employees.
There are more than 170 employees teaming together within CRM to manage more than 4,000 units between 47 different residential apartment communities throughout the state. Their hard work and dedication to their residents’ shows and the management team at CRM recognizes their dedication.

Celebrating 45 years in business, CRM has been led by CEO Thomas Kirkpatrick since the beginning and today he is still actively involved. CRM has pride in the longevity of their staff as well. Jean Ceci, the Office Manager at Georgian Arms Apartments in Rome has been a team member for 39 years.

The hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. For 2016, CRM wanted to acknowledge all employees with a little more “thanks” by paying the entire 100% premium for their selected healthcare for both months of January and May. The employees were ecstatic for such a caring gesture. “There are many day to day challenges each team member faces and affording good healthcare shouldn’t be one of them” says John Varecka.
