On May 24 at approximately 9:30 a.m., State Police in Pulaski responded to a burglary complaint on Fravor Road in Mexico.
The residence was illegally entered and a military Purple Heart medal was taken from the residence.
Subsequent to investigation, Dale A. McClemons, 51, of County Route 51A, Oswego, was charged May 26, with third-degree burglary, a class D felony.
McClemons is scheduled to appear in Mexico Town Court June 7 at 7 p.m.
