Rose A. Sala, 41, Henry Street, Norwich, was arrested May 25 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of second-degree forgery and petit larceny.
Olivaro B. Maes, 37, West Elm Street, Oneida, was arrested May 26 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
Gary L. Hawks, 31, North Court Street, Wampsville, was charged May 25 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Richard J. Milgate, Jr., 30, of Buck Street, Canastota, was charged May 25 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Milgate is alleged to have possessed 83 grams of marijuana and a scale.
