(Utica) Mayor Robert Palmieri announced the city’s property auction held May 25 generated $349,700 in sales; of which $236,000 is direct revenue for the City.
In total, 21 properties were auctioned (13 homes and eigth lots) and sold to the highest bidders.
“It is great to see so many people investing in Utica,” Palmieri said. “Marketing and selling city-owned land to private investors is advantageous for our community, both in the short and long term. I commend and thank my staff for executing yet another successful auction.”
