On June 5, State Police in Fulton charged Raelyn R. Rowe, 33, of 1822 County Route 6, Fulton, with second-degree scheme to defraud, a class A misdemeanor.
Rowe stands accused of going door-to-door in Green Acres Mobile Home Park in March 2016 and selling products related to a school fundraiser for her child. Rowe did not submit the completed order forms or the money she collected to the school.
Rowe is scheduled to appear in Volney Town Court June 27 at 6 p.m.
