On June 6, at approximately 1:08 p.m., State Police stopped a speeding vehicle on I-190. The driver of the vehicle, Gregory J. Rigby, 34, of West Seneca, was found to be in possession of crack-cocaine.
He was transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where he was subsequently charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Rigby was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Buffalo City Court June 15 at 9:30 a.m.
