Summer-Reading-Program-PNWMonday, June 13th, from 6-7pm
– Ice-Cream Social & Summer Reading Program Kick-off

Come enjoy ice-cream sundaes served by the Friends of the Library while getting a sneak peek at some of the end-of-program prizes.This is the first opportunity children and teens will have to sign up for our Summer Reading Challenge and register to participate in our special summer events. Remember, children and teens who sign up to take part in our summer reading club can earn tickets throughout the summer to enter for our Big Prize Drawing in August.

Tuesday, June 14th from 10:30-11am – Story Time
Story Time for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers is held in the children’s story room, led by Library Director Hilary Virgil.  Story Time for preschoolers will be held in the community room and led by guest reader Diane Harmon Needham. Story Time is held every Tuesday from mid-September through July, unless otherwise closed for a holiday or emergency.

Friday, June 17th from 3-4pm – Lego Fun Drop -in & Build (Ages 3+)
Feel free to stop by anytime between 3-4pm to build something creative by yourself or with a friend.  A special display of books featuring Legos, architecture and design, and building construction, will also be available for you to browse and borrow during this informal building time.
