The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce has named Hunt Real Estate Business of the Month for June.HUNT Real Estate, ERA originally opened their Oneida Office in January of 2009 and subsequently moved to their new location at 730 Lenox Avenue, Oneida in January of 2012. The local office is staffed by 14 agents and 3 support staff: Mary Pat Adams, Anna Collins, Mary Lynn Denby, Jeanette Denney, Carolee Dewey, Ashley Howard, Sharon Kimball, Ryan Kirch, Cynthia Nunley, Barbara Parker, Sue Rosendale, Mary Rouse, Shawn Salsman, Renee Smith, Jeannine Thurston, and Sandra Wagner.
The Oneida office has grown year over year in total volume production and was the recipient of the “Most Improved Office” award in 2012 and again in 2014. HUNT Real Estate ERA is also the number one company for both Oneida and Madison Counties for the last 12 months.
For the last three years as an individual office they have sponsored a Holiday Food Drive for the Church on the Rock food pantry and also support the Annual Oneida School Foundation Golf Tournament.
The CNY Region of HUNT offices support the Rescue Mission with each office adopting a family during the holidays to provide them with a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas and also take part in Ride and Run for the Rescue in June each year. HUNT ERA as a corporation is major supporter of United Way. In 2015 the Chairman and CEO, Peter F. Hunt along with his wife Mary Jo Hunt were awarded the Philanthropist of the Year Award from The Alexis deTocqueville Society of the United Way.
