On June 15 at approximately 10:54 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Interstate 81 in the Town of Onondaga for multiple traffic violations.
Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, Nicholas A. Pappas, 32, of Brockport, was in possession of cocaine and a digital scale. He was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, both class “A” misdemeanors.
Pappas is scheduled to appear in the Town of Onondaga Court June 22 at 6 p.m.
