On June 17 at approximately 10 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for a traffic violation. During the Troopers investigation, it was determined that the driver had an active stay away order of protection against the passenger, Paris M. Gardner, 23, of Syracuse.She was transported and processed at SP Henrietta, where she was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor.
Gardner was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Mendon Town Court June 21 at 6 p.m.
