State Police in Lowville arrested Bradley W. Lyndaker and Tyler J. Lyndaker from 7713 Wagner Road in New Bremen after an investigation into an underage drinking party at their residence on March 25.
The investigation revealed Tyler Lyndaker engaged in sexual contact/intercourse with a 16-year-old female. This was subsequent to the 16-year-old female consuming alcoholic beverage(s) at an underage drinking party at Tyler’s residence on Wagner Road where Tyler’s father, Bradley Lyndaker, was present and allowed the consumption to occur.
The charges are as follows:
- Tyler J. Lyndaker, age 20 charged with Sexual Misconduct and Endangering the welfare of a child
- Bradley W. Lyndaker, age 51 charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a child 1st degree.
Both were issued appearance tickets returnable to New Bremen Town Court July 20 at 7 p.m.
