On July 5 at 10:25 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on West Street in the City of Syracuse for a traffic violation.
Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, Katey L. Hacker, 31, from 1136 Vine St., Liverpool, was in possession of heroin and marijuana. She was taken into custody and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
She is scheduled to appear in Syracuse City Court July 19.
