Ben Wormuth of Fayetteville comes to Oneida Public Library on Thursday, July 21, at 2:00 p.m. to conduct a hands-on workshop on bike repair called “From Sprockets to Spokes” for children 8 years of age and older.
Wormuth will cover chain and tire maintenance, brake tuning and basic bike fitting. He will provide all the tools and bikes for hands-on instruction.
Wormuth is a 17-year-old bicycle enthusiast, especially for mountain biking. He has restored many vintage bikes, most recently a 1964 three-speed Raleigh Sports racer.
The workshop is limited to 20 people. Pre-registration is recommended.
