BookTalkHankLeo7.16Hank Leo, Jr., will introduce his latest book of memories and reflections, “The Toolbox,” at Oneida Public Library on Thursday, July 28, at 5:30 p.m.

The book was triggered by Leo’s discovery in his garage of an old rusty toolbox that once belonged to his father. The book is a reminiscence about the relationship of father and son and the lessons about life that his father’s tools still have the power to teach him.

Leo is the author of “Home When the Streetlights Come on,” “God Called,” “In Your Hands” and “Return to Allen Park.”

Leo, a long-time resident of Oneida, is currently CEO of the Tri-Valley YMCA and a member of the Oneida City School District Board of Education. He is a past president of both the Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce and the Oneida Rotary Club. He is the recipient of the Chamber’s Distinguished Service Award and the Bill Fariel Award given by the Oneida Rotary Club.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing by the author.
