Investigation at the scene revealed the driver and sole occupant, Cody A. Dygert, 21, of 208 Utica St., Fulton, was operating with a suspended permit and was also in possession of heroin. He was taken into custody and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class “A” misdemeanor, and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lysander court on August 9, 2016.
He is scheduled to appear in Lysander Town Court Aug. 9.
