On August 18, 2016, members of the Oneida Police Department executed a search warrant at 1561 Cobb St. in Oneida. Subsequent to that search, Daniel P. Emmons, II, 30, of 1561 Cobb St., was arrested for unlawfully growing cannabis, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device and unlawful possession of certain ammunition feeding devices. In excess of 50 marijuana plants were seized during the execution of the search warrant. Members of the Oneida Police Department were assisted by members of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office. Emmons was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 24, 2016, James Ostrander, 26, of 315 Seneca St. apt. 3, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 24, 2016, Vincent J. Scanlon, 51, of 1148 Genesee St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 24, 2016, Larry L. Leggett II, 53, of 136 E. Center St., Canastota, was arrested for petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 25, 2016, John W. Mason, 52, of 307 Farrier Ave., apt. 1, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for an unreasonable noise violation under the city ordinance. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 25, 2016, Tanaia M. Graham, 29, of 175 Madison St. apt 3, was issued a criminal summons charging her with criminal contempt in the second degree. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
