logoCrouse Community Center is celebrating its 25 anniversary with a week-long celebration Sept. 12 through 17, 2016. Crouse Community Center, a community based not for profit organization, opened its doors in August 1991, the same month the Gerrit Smith Infirmary in Eaton, was closed.

Over the past 25 years, Crouse Community Center has transformed its services from traditional long-term care to a premier post-acute, rehabilitation health care partner in the area.

“We are very excited to celebrate our silver anniversary with our employees, residents, and families,” said DJ Raux, executive director. “Our week long celebration allows us to highlight our services, and allows our residents, families, employees and the local community to share in the excitement.”

The Anniversary schedule is as follows:

  • Tuesday, Sept. 13 Car Cruise In and Ice Cream Social 5 to 7 p.m. – PUBLIC WELCOME
