As a result of an investigation that took place last year, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and the Oswego County Drug Task Force conducted an investigation of the “Last Daze of Summer” music festival this past weekend at Sterling Stage in the Town of Hannibal, County of Oswego.
This year’s investigation resulted in the arrest of 13 individuals who are charged as follows:
• Richard D. Lumley, age 29, from llis Carr Dr. Parish, NY
Charges: Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (2 counts) (hallucinogenic mushrooms)
• Cristina E. Kaine, age 36, from 217 Sloperville Rd Altmar, NY
Charges: Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (hallucinogenic mushrooms)
• David J. Merritt, age 28, from 2304 Creek Rd. Apt 2 Palmyra, NY
Charges: Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (2 counts) hallucinogenic mushrooms
• Michael A. Salisbury, age 33, from 943 Archie Parrot Ln. Palmyra, NY
Charges: Conspiracy 4th degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and UPM
• Giselle L. Heusler, age 24, from 50 Main St., Phelps, NY(no photo available)
Charges: CPCS 4th (hallucinogenic mushrooms) & UPM
• Dylan G. Trenkler , age 22, from 136 Dilkenson Rd. Webster, NY (no photo available)
Charges: Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation
