Chenango bird clubThe Chenango Bird Club presents “From Seeps to the Sea – Landscape Interconnections” on Wednesday, October 12 at 7:00 PM at Rogers Environmental Education Center’s Bird Exhibit Cabin.

Our presenter, Victor Lamoureaux, is a Binghamton area naturalist with a PhD in Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

His talk takes audiences through the concept of a watershed and shows how different bodies of water are connected to their surrounding landscape through the lives of wildlife that travel between them for their seasonal needs.

Refreshments will be served following Victor’s presentation. Prior to the show, the Chenango Bird Club will have a short business meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend all or part of the evening’s activities.

The Chenango Bird Club presents monthly programs (except January, February, and March). Nature enthusiasts of all levels and interests are invited to all Chenango Bird Club programs, free of charge, at the Rogers Environmental Education Center Bird Exhibit Cabin, next to the visitor parking lot. Rogers Center is located one mile west of Sherburne Village on State Highway 80.

Call Club President, Charlene LaFever at 607-334-9112, for more information on Chenango Bird Club activities.
