rcilRCIL to Host Children’s Character Brunch Oct. 22

The Resource Center for Independent Living is excited to announce it will be hosting an incredible Children’s Character Brunch on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 am to noon at the Dorothy Smith Center for Advocacy (1607 Genesee Street, Utica).

Does your trick-or- treater (costumes are welcome!) have a favorite movie? Come to RCIL’s Character Brunch to get autographs, sing-along, dance and have a fun and safe, family day out! There will be 15+ favorite characters; including princesses, monsters and superheroes from all-time great movies!

10 am to Noon. Don’t forget to bring your camera to get pictures with beloved characters!! $20 per adult, $15 per child, 13 years of age and under.

Please call 272.2986 or email dsorrento@rcil.com to register by Oct. 14! Proceeds will benefit the Resource Center for Independent Living – a non-profit organization that assists people with disabilities to control and direct their own care so that they can live their lives, their way.
