State Police arrested Scott A. Legare, 41, from 8426 Theodolite Drive Apt#823 in Baldwinsville, for Sex Abuse 1st degree, a class “D” felony.
Legare is accused of forcibly touching the intimate parts of a female under the age of 11 inside a residence in the Town of Manlius in 2006. Legare was arraigned in the Town of Camillus and was remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond.
Yesterday’s arrest was a result from an investigation that began in May 2016 in Oswego County where Legare was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching a female under the age of 15.
