This Spring 2017, the Picker is hosting a traveling exhibition, Our People, Our Land, Our Images: International Indigenous Photography, featuring 26 Indigenous photographers from the U.S., Canada, Peru, Iraq, and New Zealand.Artists range from those who worked during the 19th century to contemporary practitioners.
The exhibition explores how these artists engage with the landscape and their cultural heritage through the medium of photography.
The exhibition opens on January 26, 2017, and will be on view through mid-May.
