State Police charged Heather M. Walters, 29, from 11447 Misty Meadows Drive, Cato, with felony driving while intoxicated following accident on State Route 31 in Lysander.
On Nov. 3, 2016, at approximately 4:30 p.m., State Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on State Route 31 in the Town of Lysander. Upon arrival, troopers learned a vehicle being operated by Walters, had struck the rear of the vehicle traveling westbound in front of her; further investigation at the scene revealed Walters was intoxicated.
She was taken into custody and charged at SP Lysander with felony driving while intoxicated due to a prior DWI conviction within 10 years. Walters is scheduled to return to Lysander Town Court Nov. 16, 2016.
