In honor of Thanksgiving and all of Karing Kitchen’s many dedicated volunteers, Karing Kitchen announces its first Thanksgiving art competition.
The winner’s entry will be portrayed in the 2107 calendar of service. The theme is “How I/We can help end hunger in our community.” Art entries can be any medium, including
computer art. Art entries are to be the size of 8-and-a-half-by-11-inches. The entry is to be the participant’s own creation and will be judged on how theme is presented.
Karing Kitchen’s Thanksgiving art competition is open to any child in grades kindergarten through 12. The competition begins Nov. 1 and ends Nov. 18. All entries can be mailed/dropped off at 116 Grove St., Oneida, NY 13421, or dropped off at Oneida Recreation Department, 217 Cedar St., Oneida.
