On Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, at approximately 9:51 a.m., State Police began investigating a fatal accident, which occurred westbound on I-90 at the off-ramp to Exit 38 (Syracuse/Liverpool), involving a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian.
This accident is still under investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available.
