On Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, at approximately 3:40 a.m., State Police arrested 18-year-old, Calyx A. Estep of Cleveland and 21-year-old Jordan T. Garrett of West Monroe on second-degree robbery, a class C felony.
Both suspects were arraigned in Constantia Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Building in lieu of bail.
The New York State Police would like to thank the public and the Constantia Fire Department for their assistance with this investigation.
State Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred at approximately 11:40am at the Fulton Savings Bank located at 45 Redfield St, Constantia.
State Police are searching for a white male who entered the bank, displayed a weapon and demanded money from the tellers.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’6 inches tall, slender build and wearing a camouflage mask.
