State Police in Remsen arrested 34-year-old Sean M. McDonald of Chittenango for Felony Driving While Intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 12 in The Town of Remsen.
On December 10, 2016, at approximately 3:01 PM, McDonald was operating a 2016 Subaru Forester on State Route 12 at a speed of 75 mph in a 55 mph zone.
McDonald was subsequently charged with Felony DWI, for having a 6-year-old child in the vehicle, under “Leandra’s Law,” speeding, consuming an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
McDonald was arraigned and committed to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond bail. McDonald is to appear on December 14, 2016, at 6:00 PM, in The Town of Remsen Court.
