1. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, Fire Department, Police Department and Recreation Department.
2. REIMBURSEMENT FOR RETIREES: Authorize the reimbursement of the cost of Medicare Part B coverage for all eligible retired City employees and any eligible dependents, who retired prior to July 1, 2015, regardless of union affiliation or non-affiliation, and regardless of whether said retiree is enrolled in the City’s Medicare Advantage & Prescription Program. 3. AMEND CAPITAL PROJECT: Amend Capital Project 16-04 – Disinfection Improvements at the WWTP to meet updated DEC SPDES total residual chlorine limits. (Rauscher)
4. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Operation Wild Cats, Ltd. to provide feral cat control in the City of Oneida in an amount not to exceed $1,000. (Mayor)
5. BUDGET TRANSFERS & AMENDMENT: Approve budget transfers to fund unexpected unemployment costs, the feral cat control program, and paint for newly purchased sewer truck and further approve a budget amendment to fund the disinfection improvements at the WWTP.
6. RE-APPOINTMENT: Approve the Mayor’s reappointment of Jason White to the Sign Review Board. (Mayor)
7. AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE: Approve the 2017 Amusement Device License for Pepi’s Pizza. (Pulverenti)
8. WATER RATES & SERVICE CHARGES: Approve the 2017 Water Rates and Water Service Charges, as recommended by the Water Board. (Smolinski)
9. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2017 Stockbridge Maintenance Agreement. (Smolinski)
10. CAPITAL PROJECT 16-09: Authorize the Water Superintendent to proceed with Capital Project 16-09 Water Treatment Plant Generator Replacement and to expend funds up to the programmed amount of $80,000. (Smolinski)
11. CONTRACT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Majestic Fireworks, Inc., for a fireworks display at Veteran’s Memorial Field Dec. 31, 2016. (Mayor)
12. LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL: Receive and place on file the liquor license renewal notice for Alexander’s Ragtime Inc. (Pulverenti)
13. CONTRACT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the annual 2017 contract with BRiDGES, a/k/a Madison County Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, Inc. for the Employee Assistance Program. (Burkhart)
