The Arc of Madison Cortland will hold two informational meetings to educate family members, people who receive services, employees, and community members on the changes at The Arc of Madison Cortland and in the field of developmental disabilities.
Jack Campbell, Executive Director will provide updates on “The Past, Present and Future” of the agency.
“Changes in the field of developmental disabilities continue to change at lightning speed,” says Jack Campbell, “Those changes affect just about every program and support we provide.”
To comply with new regulations and rate structure from New York state and the federal government, The Arc has changed the way services and supports are delivered. The family forums are to educate people on the changes and to prepare them for the future.
The Family Forum and informational update on “The Past, Present, and Future” will be held in Madison County at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, at The Arc Clinic and Training Center, 165 Main St., Oneida. The Family Forum in Cortland County will be held on Wednesday, April 12, at 6 p.m. at the JM Murray Center, 823 Rt. 13, Cortland.
